Every company has risks. This is normal and not bad per se. Things can get uncomfortable if you ignore them or are not even aware of your risks – and as a result, don’t know how to deal with them if something happens. Any risk that occurs can directly harm someone and indirectly harm your reputation. In such situations, it is important to quickly get an overview of the problem and quickly decide how to solve it.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

If a reputational risk occurs, it is a potential crisis for your company, especially if you do not handle the situation appropriately: Silence, talking down what has happened or not taking those affected seriously are common mistakes.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
